This Privacy Policy explains how Daylo ("Daylo", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our calendar and task management service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information. Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you sign up or connect a third-party account (e.g. Google Calendar).

Calendar and task data. Events, tasks, and scheduling preferences you create or sync into Daylo, used to power scheduling, AI suggestions, and integrations.

Usage data. Device information, log data, and interaction data collected automatically to help us maintain and improve the Service.

We use collected information to provide and improve the Service, personalize scheduling and AI features, communicate with you about your account, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Daylo uses AI models to generate scheduling suggestions and summaries based on your calendar and task data. We do not use your data to train models outside of providing the Service to you.

When you connect third-party services (such as Google Calendar or Slack), we access only the data necessary to provide the integration, subject to the permissions you grant. Use of third-party services is also governed by their own privacy policies.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from account settings or by contacting us; deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
