These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Daylo ("Daylo", "we", "us"), including our website, calendar, and task management application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it using a method other than the interfaces and instructions we provide, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the calendar, task, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Daylo a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service may integrate with third-party products (such as Google Calendar or Slack). Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's own terms, and Daylo is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Daylo and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Daylo's trademarks or branding.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daylo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
